But can you blame me!? Look at how adorable these two are? I have been excited for this wedding since they booked me. Hudson House is stunning in itself but be for real - the majority of the day came from the stunning Chris and Miranda. I loved listening to their friends shower them with all the kind words - and snacks. I met Miranda through a past bride (hey Jess!) and I loved the shit out of Jess and Kevin so I knew I would love any friend of theirs and they did no disappoint.

I cannot get enough of this elevated minimalist vibe that played beautiful into the structural elements already present at the venue. Miranda and Chris mentioned early on loving the light and airy vibes of the venue as well as the city views so I tried to capture those aspects as much as possible throughout their day. Fun fact: From their wedding venue, you can see where they got engaged! Another fun fact: before the month of their wedding, I don’t think I had seen the Statue of Liberty ever in my life and then I saw it 3 times in one month. How many people get to celebrate their wedding with a view like this?! Be still my heart.
