PHILLY!!! Ugh, such a special place you hold in my heart. If you haven’t been clued into it yet, I love the city. Especially on a Sunday! I don’t know what it is but the vibes that the city puts out on a Sunday are like no others. Weekdays are a very close second for my favorite. It’s like the people that are there at these times belong there. They know the space. The visitors have all gone home to get their own lives together. SIPS energy is a mood in the summer and I just want to soak it all it. Being back there for sessions makes me want to move back in the worst way, but alas the burbs is where I will stay until after my babies are grown. Nonetheless I welcome with open arms, bells, and whistles, every opportunity to get myself back there.

I think the most amazing part about Philly is how it’s literally never the same. The light reads differently or there is a new path off the beaten trail to explore. I don’t know if that’s actually the case or the fact that I’m directionally challenged leads me to exploring new places constantly but I’m also just so inspired when I’m there.

Special shout out to Courtney and Sean for being my guinea pigs as I’m continuing my growth and education and trying out new things. While it’s nice and comfortable to get the same safe shots, nothing makes my creative brain happier than people willing to let me explore my craft - and they did it with a smile! We giggled so much during this session I felt like I was hanging out with two friends and it was glorious. I’m so lucky to be able to do what I do!
