Kim and Ronnie

The Reeds at Shelter Haven

Stone Harbor, NJ

It is not humanly possible to put into words what it is like to be around Kim and Ronnie together. The amount of good energy that just pours out of these two is so warming and endearing. I met Kim a few years ago on another shoot with my wifey for life Susan. Kim was so kind off the bat and I mean, look at her. All the heart eyes. Fast forward a few years and she’s engaged to Ronnie and I get to meet him! Their engagement session legit had every single season in the two hours we spent together. There was pops of sun, heat, humidity, cold, wind, snow, more wind, more snow, and more wind. Through the freezing old smiles and laughter Ronnie was still so kind and polite and just willing to go with the flow.

Fast forward about another year (less a few months) and it’s their wedding day at the beautiful Reeds at Shelter Haven! Only this time, we are left with rain. All day Kim told me she wanted to get married and all day I did what I do best. “Okay! Kim, you want to get married outside, be outside! Your guests will figure it out if they want to.” And that is exactly what they did. Kim and Ronnie shared the most romantic drizzle filled sunset wedding on the water and it was pure perfection.

Thank you both for allowing me to share your wedding day with your friends and family. I want to bottle up the love and good feelings from your day and just carry them around for when I need them. Never stop being the amazing humans you both are. Your love is contagious!
