oooooOOOOOOoooooo - I love a good winter wedding. If you follow me on any platform on the internet, this is not news to you. The gooey light that pours over a chilly day where I’m not sweating is my perfect combination. Marla and Patrick were graced with an unseasonably warm(ish) day in December and I’m so happy I got to celebrate along side of them.

Since it’s New Years Eve, it only seems fitting to make this post about some fort of recap or goal that was reached. 2022 was my busiest year to date and while I’ve had nothing short of a shit ton of fun with all my wonderful couples, I will defiantly be devising a plan to scale back in 2023. I could happily shoot weddings every weekend (and if you were to ask my husband, he will tell you I do) but I really feel like I missed out on some fun that could have been had with my family. I set a goal for myself, I surpassed it, and now a new goal of mine will be to find comfort in where I’m at, whatever that may look like and whatever year I end up there is tbd. I’m not a huge resolution person, but I’ll leave you with one of my all time personal favorite mottos:
