I am a water person. Like 100% a water baby. I told myself I wasn’t going to do any more styled shoots because they have served their purpose for me, but then the bomb ass planner Larissa with La Rue Events throws together some magical wedding dream goals and then puts it at a lake?! I’ll be dammed if i’m not going to do anything that is focused around the water! So what if I’m 9 months pregnant. So what if it’s mid summer and hot as fuck. And so what if one of my real wedding couples got to model as the couple. I loved working with them twice, and when the time comes for their real wedding (#fuckcorona), I will love working with them again!

It’s been touched on before - the whole idea of a Styled Shoot - but inches you haven’t tuned in before, here’s a little insight as to why I participate in them. 1) I get to work with amazing vendors on these shoots. Some of them I already know and some of them I finally get to meet. 2) Socializing! I have friend-ors (friend vendors) that I love, but I will never turn down the opportunity to work and create with like-minded creatives. 3) They happen on days where I don’t typically have much going on so why wouldn’t I want to spend the day taking beautiful pictures of wedding inspiration? I’m beginning to convince myself that I need to do more of them again.
