Spring Mini Sessions // may 2021

Congratulations on being on the way to securing your spot for the spring Mini Session day hosted by Jessica Lynn Photography, LLC! I'm looking forward to seeing//meeting everyone and more importantly capturing some beautiful memories for you and your family! Below are some instructions, suggestions, and other pertinent information, please read it fully before signing your contract :)

1. Mini Sessions are a lot of fun, but the time goes by quickly. Take a look at Pinterest to check out some posing ideas and things that you want back from your own shoot. If there is a pose you know you want, have it ready on your phone at the start of your time slot or just remember it and do it naturally. I blend posed and lifestyle into my session so it'll be a lot of interaction between you and your little. Pinterest is also great to outfit plan!

2. How to Officially Secure your spot! I request that all payment it made in advance. Keep in mind by signing the contract and paying you are agree to your availability on Sunday, May 2nd. This will be a rain or shine event as there is also a beautiful covered walkway that we can utilize in the rain! Booking this year will look a little different than in the past. Keep scrolling down and you will see the option to chose a time and pay the invoice right away! A contract will be sent out separately.

3. Timing: Please arrive a little before your time slot. Usually I'm not a stickler for time, but in order to accommodate the flow and be respectful to everyone, the 20 minute window is all you have. Make note of your start time when booking. Leave yourself time for parking and a short walk to the open garden.

4. Exact location within Valley Forge Park will be sent out closer to the shoot! I know there are some beautiful dogwoods and magnolia trees that should be in full effect come May!

5. In the event of rain, a new mini session date will be provided. If you’re unable to make the rain date you will be able to apply your session fee to a 30 minute session in a location of your choice on a date of your choice. No refunds will be given for mini sessions. By reserving your spot you are in agreeable with these terms.

Your contracts will be sent over in individual emails. After signing they can later be found within the client portal.
